槽鋼的鋸削：槽鋼的鋸削與扁鋼一樣，但是要分二次從寬邊面往下鋸，不能在一個(gè)面上往下鋸，應(yīng)盡量做到在長(zhǎng)的鋸縫口上起鋸，因此工件必須多次改變夾持的位置。

清除沖壓機(jī)床滑塊底面、工作臺(tái)面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點(diǎn)位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長(zhǎng)度調(diào)到短（即閉合高度大）。

Manually pull the stamping machine flywheel (or point moving button), adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point, and rotate the adjusting screw, the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).
